Mark 2:1-12 〰️ A Holy Urgency 〰️
Happy new year! As we enter into a new calendar year, we’re preparing to start our new sermon series next week centered around the idea that we are made for more than the hum-drum of life lived through a screen. The idea for this won’t be that we need to abandon all technology, but that there are some areas in which we need to release technology and some areas that are in need of redemption. Whether this is a specific technology service, category, or maybe even a device or habit. With all that in mind, we’ve got a quick turn-around, so no full guide this week. We’ll pick back up next week in Romans 12!

What does this tell us about the nature of God?
Read Ephesians 2:4-10. This passage shows us that forgiveness and salvation are a gift, not something we can earn. How do we hold this in tension with Mark 2:5?
