Matt Schneider | Potter Counseling
Matt is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate and uses his therapy gifts to provide sound counsel for those who are in need. He graduated from Covenant Seminary in St. Louis and attended UNC-Chapel Hill for his undergraduate degree. Matt believes therapy should be a safe place for children, teenagers, adults, couples, and families to explore more about themselves. Matt uses an integrated model of counseling that includes Interpersonal Processing, Evidence-Based Treatment, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. Anne Larsen
Anne Larsen is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who specializes in working with adolescents and their families, college students, adults and couples. She holds a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy, and a Masters in Biblical Studies, both from Reformed Theological Seminary. Anne has worked as a counselor for over 11 years, serving in both private practice and school settings. Anne’s particular areas of treatment include eating disorders, anxiety, depression, grief, women’s issues, children of divorce, spiritual issues, and marital and family therapy.

Dr. Jason Young, PSYD
Dr. Young has been working as a psychotherapist since 1997 and has worked in full-time private practice since 2005. His therapeutic approach is rooted in a relational understanding of psychodynamic theory. Dr. Young has extensive experience, academically ad clinically, in the integration of Psychology and Theology. His areas of therapeutic expertise are men’s issues, anxiety, depression, sexual trauma, marital conflict, crises of faith, stressors related to pastoral ministry, and sports psychology.

John Baggerman | Potter Counseling
John is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate who earned his Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Denver Seminary in Littleton, CO. Prior to becoming a counselor, John spent years working with middle and high school students and their families in multiple settings. He has counseling experience working with adolescents, college students and adults of all ages. He is passionate about providing therapy to individuals of all ages, backgrounds and experiences.
John believes healing, change, and growth happen in the context of a secure relationship with another. He sees a good, trusting relationship between counselor and client as a key to the success of counseling and seeks to establish such relationship with individuals though empathy, curiosity, and authenticity. John seeks to gear counseling sessions to the needs of each individual, helping them to move towards their goals while welcoming what clients bring into each session.
He works from an integrative model of counseling which seeks to grow understanding of oneself while equipping individuals with helpful skills and tools to improve thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. He incorporates many evidenced based theories of counseling including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Attachment Theory, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Strengths Based Counseling, just to name a few.

Jeremy George, MA, LCMHC
Building upon 18 years of professional youth ministry and pastoral experience, Jeremy has a wealth of professional and practical experience to offer adolescents and families in a clinical setting. Jeremy is a graduate of Wake Forest University with a Master of the Arts (MA) in Clinical Mental Health. He is a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in the state of North Carolina.
